Will Kennedy

Will Kennedy "Playing music is a spiritual experience and I need my instrument to help inspire or encourage the emotional content of the music. I've found my DrumFrame to be an inspirational tool that helps transport me from thinking to playing those dynamic, spirit-felt approaches to drumming."

Dennis Chambers

Dennis Chambers "This DrumFrame is a great invention. One thing I like about the Frame is the fact that it is so comfortable and relaxing that I feel like I can almost go to sleep on it. All kidding aside, this cool invention takes a lot of stress off your back and relieves tension in the upper part of your legs. It makes the idea of playing your drums a lot more comfortable. And believe it or not, for me, it relaxes my body a lot more. So to Bob Gatzen and his DrumFrame, the old black hat is off to you!"

(Dennis Chambers is recognized as one of the finest drummers in the world. He has played on hundreds of recordings, and performs globally with many of today's most respected musicians. He has toured and/or recorded with John Scofield, Steely Dan, The Brecker Brothers, Mike Stern, and Parliament/Funkadelic.)

Russ Miller

Russ Miller "The following are my observations on the Drumframe:
- Left knee pains have diminished
- Lower back doesn't hurt after gig
- Kick drum has more bottom and presence
- Toms speak better and project farther
- Finally can get toms in arc that I have always wanted
- Less monitor volume because of sympathetic vibration through frame
- Total consistency in set-up from gig to gig especially with hi-hat and throne position

I am pleasantly surprised at how many benifits the Frame has. I was impressed with the sonic qualities. In doing sessions, the engineers have all had favorable comments. I have used it on all of my recent recordings. The projection and vibration transfer qualities have cut down on how much monitor volume has to be used in concert. My favorite part about this frame is that it is fun! The drums are positioned exactly where I want them and it has inspired me to play!!!"

Johnny Rabb

Johnny Rabb "The DrumFrame has allowed me to position my drums, percussion, and cymbals in the most comfortable and playable formation possible. The fact that I am reclining at the proper angle helps alleviate any leg or back strain that has caused me pain and discomfort after long gigs. I agree with Bob that the DrumFrame makes you want to play the drums. Once your drums are positioned to your liking, you feel like you are locked in and ready to groove. Open and sustaining tones will sing from your kit that you may not have heard in the conventional position. The DrumFrame takes the guessing out of setup, drum positioning and maybe most importantly comfort!"

(Johnny Rabb has recently finished his new Jungle/Drum 'n' Bass solo album entitled, "Acoustic Machine". The Frame is also featured in his new RhythmSaw Techniques video. Johnny has many plans in the near future with the DrumFrame.

Johnny Rabb is an active performer and clinician throughout the world.)

Most importantly, Tony is an honor roll student with a wonderful disposition and a great sense of humor.

Frank Bellucci

Frank Bellucci "Since using the DrumFrame I have never felt more relaxed and balanced behind a set of drums. I can play for hours without feeling tension in my legs or back. Because of this, my playing has become more fluid and efficient. That's proof enough for me."

Zoro

Zoro "'The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.' This is one of the most famous scriptures of the Bible and sums up so much about our intentions, especially when it comes to perfecting our craft by arduous hours of labor. The key to becoming a great drummer is practice, practice, practice!! Because nothing will change this unalterable truth, Bob Gatzen's DrumFrame may be the single best investment a drummer can make towards achieving greatness.

By being able to put in longer hours in the practice room without pain and discomfort the DrumFrame becomes the DrumFriend!! The DrumFrame is perhaps one of the most innovative inventions in the world of drum hardware in the last 50 years! I am thoroughly delighted to be alive at a time when someone like Bob Gatzen would dare to make such a master mind vision a reality!"

(Zoro, a recent winner of the Modern Drummer & Drum! magazine readers poll for Best R&B/Blues/Funk Drummer, has toured and recorded with Lenny Kravitz, Bobby Brown, The New Edition, Philip Bailey, Jody Watley, Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons and Vanessa Paradis. Tim Berkebile

Tim Berkebile "The DrumFrame made me rethink things a bit when it came to playing and that's a good thing to do; sometimes you get too comforatable or complacent and don't look for different ways to approch the set. Well, with the DrumFrame you have no choice but to rethink EVERYTHING and once I got used to it, drumming has never been better! The only problem is it also brings a new meaning to the term 'sitting in.' The last time I went to see a friend's band, I was asked to sit in and play a bit; being used to the Frame, I nearly fell over from wanting to recline!!!! The Frame is funtional, educating, comfortable, and with a 360 degree seating frame, it just looks great!"

(Tim Berkebile, former drummer for the Backstreet Boys, is currently on tour with LFO)

Eddie Bayers

Eddie Bayers "I've been using my Drum Frame, and I can say that it's as if there is a new me. The ease and power that I play with because of the Frame was suprising. I'm actually hitting the kick drum harder, which in my case is good, because I play mostly toe on the pedal. There are many things to say, but the sum is an incredible difference with less stress on the body."

(Eddie Bayers is credited with playing on the most top ten albums (country) in Billboard Magazine for the past ten years.)

Charlie St.Cyr-Paul

Cahrlie St. Cyr-Paul "I have never looked forward to playing the drums as much as I do now with the DrumFrame as my easel. Just imagine, a floating canvas that responds with your every stroke. If this sounds heavenly...well, that's because...it is! Once you sit with the DrumFrame you'll understand. I highly recommend the DrumFrame to anyone serious about drumming. Thanks to designer, innovator and pioneer Bob Gatzen."

(Charlie St.Cyr-Paul, a seasoned professional at 28, is currently performing at Walt Disney World in Florida. Charlie is also a well sought after sideman, session player and instructor of all styles.)

Rob "The Drummer" Gottfried

Rob - The Drummer - Gottfried"Bob Gatzen's DrumFrame...quite elegantly and effortlessly supports and positions the percussionist...to communicate fully UP and OUT...sets the proper tone, if you will, to express to the band...and the audience...something SPECIAL is about to happen here! If first impressions are significant between individuals...then with an entire audience...they are CRUCIAL. The DrumFrame begins the process.

Sonically, the Frame lets my clear Fibes drums resonate...to an effect never before possible! The toms sing...the snare...a cannon...and all the vibrations can be felt in the seat...that is part of the Frame. For the first time...in total...I am IN the instrument...vibrating with it...and that may help take me to a new Emotional / Spiritual place....the reason I am playing the instrument in the first place. Virtually surrounded by clear drums and the Frame, more than once I have felt as if I was climbing into a spaceship...an Adventurer seeking a new planet to land on for awhile...to kick back....to just groove!!"

(Rob the Drummer (a.k.a. Robert L. Gottfried) is an acclaimed jazz-rock musician and motivational educator raised and based in West Hartford, Connecticut. He has appeared on the Nickelodeon Network, MTV, Entertainment Tonight, etc. For more than 20 years, Rob has combined his dynamic drumming with a powerful anti-substance abuse message to international audiences of all ages.)

Jim Rupp

"I'm totally impressed with the DrumFrame. It has been so throughly researched in both conception and design, that its impact upon your drumming is immediate and dramatic. Everyone who sits in it agrees that it can really improve your performance level. It's very well built, totally adjustable, and surprisingly portable. Plus, it's very cool looking!"

(Jim Rupp performs and records with Diane Schuur, Woody Herman, and is the owner of Columbus Percussion in Columbus Ohio.)

Skeebo Knight

"Having a serious connective tissue disease makes drumming very challenging. My technique and creativity were beginning to suffer more and more. The DrumFrame has enabled me to play with much less pain and discomfort. Being more comfortable, I can feel my creativity coming back. I truly believe the DrumFrame has made it possible for me to continue to play the drums."
